2nd Generation Business Broker

Lucky for me, I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. My mother owned/operated Arthur Murray Studios in Illinois and Indiana prior to embarking on a career as a Business Broker, resulting in the 1st generation of Desert Business Brokers. My aunt owned/operated a downtown diner; even my Grandfather and Great-Grandfather owned/operated their own coal mine in Illinois! With my family history and experience owning/operating businesses, I am sensitive to a Buyer’s needs when searching for a business and a Seller’s concerns when they are selling their business. I started in the Business Brokerage industry in 1978, making me a 2nd generation Business Broker following in my mother's footsteps. I don’t “specialize” in any specific type of business. Rather, my goal for all Buyers and Sellers is to find the right “fit” for them. Buying or selling a business is not only a great deal of work, but it is usually an emotional experience. My job is to do the "heavy lifting" for my buyers and sellers. If I can be of service to you, please call me today for a confidential interview.

Valori Mejia

3rd Generation Business Broker

I’m a third generation business broker. Being raised in the business brokerage world since I was 4 years old, it is second nature to me. In 1992, straight out of Shadow Mountain High School, I studied hard to get my real estate license. That year, I became the youngest business broker in the state of Arizona. Over the years, I have won many awards and have become very successful, following in the footsteps of my grandmother and mother. In 1999, I decided to buy my first business. Ten years later, I run it as an absentee owner. Now, I’m back full time in the world of selling businesses. If you are already a successful business owner and want another challenge, let me help you find the perfect fit. On the other hand, if you’re seeking freedom from a 9-5 job and you want to be your own boss, we have a large variety of businesses ready to be sold. Are you seeking a change or the freedom of retirement? Let me help you sell your business. Either way, let us work together to achieve your goals. I look forward to working with you and helping you become a success.
